INGREDIENTS:
Main Dish: Chicken breast, white basmati rice, green beans, peas, pumpkin, and parsley.
Green Curry Sauce: (green curry water, coconut milk, milk protein (sodium caseinate)], herbs and spices (3.9%), sugar, salt, thickeners (1422, 415), coconut (0.7%), canola oil, shrimp paste, (crustacean), chilli, vegetarian stock).
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Remove the packaging sleeve.
- Heat for 1.5 minutes on high if fresh or 3-4 minutes if frozen, ensuring all sauce dressings are removed.
- Once heated, let meal stand for a minute and remove film completely.
- Stir well for even heat distribution.
